Your Handicap Index unlocks after posting at least 54 holes — equivalent to three full 18-hole rounds. 9-hole rounds count toward the total when combined.
Yes. Each golfer uses their own copy of the app and manages their own scores. To share scores across a group, see the Handicap For Group app in Settings → Other InfoTalk Apps.
